This Illustrative customer journey storyboard was created to show the typical journey of a professional’s commute to work from the suburbs using various GO transit routes. 

The customer journey was used in accompaniment with an informational powerpoint presentation, narrating the journey, and also showing the GO transit signage, and messages from a GO transit application that would be seen by the customer along the way.
